Stapleford woman is banned from public boozing

A Stapleford woman was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order after she pleaded guilty to charges of racially/religiously aggravated harassment, being drunk and disorderly, causing criminal damage and assaulting a police officer at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.

Jeanette Brookes-Moore, 54, of Cliff Hill Avenue, is banned from being drunk in a public place, consuming alcohol in a public place other than licensed premises, and being in possession of any open container of alcohol in any public place, other than licensed premises. She also received a nine week suspended sentence.
