Staveley man beaten up by three thugs over littering row
Police have arrested one man and are seeking the other two after the brutal daylight attack in Staveley.
Officers said the victim was driving along Lowgates in Staveley when he saw someone in the car in front throw rubbish from the window, so he sounded the horn.

Hide AdA spokeswoman for Derbyshire Constabulary added: "The driver in front gestured out of the window by extending two fingers to the car behind, and both cars stopped.
"An altercation took place between both drivers and they ended up on the floor.
"Three men got out of the car in front and hit the other driver, punching and kicking him."
Police were called to the incident on April 19, at around 230pm and one man, an 18-year-old still at the scene was arrested on suspicion of assault.
