Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Indicated a guilty plea to entering a Co-op in Derbyshire, at the Co-op, on College Street, Long Eaton, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Jonathan Beeley, 27, of Canning Mews, Park Road, Ilkeston: Pleaded guilty to damaging a Ford Focus vehicle to a value unknown at Heathfield Avenue, Ilkeston. Discharged conditionally for two years. Restraining order to last until November 2, 2017. Must pay £250 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Nicola Jane Barratt AKA Waterfall, 51, of Cotmanhay Road, Ilkeston: Found guilty of two counts of assault by beating. Found guilty of assaulting a police constable. Committed to prison for 18 weeks. Restraining order to last until October 31, 2021. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
