Mecca Chesterfield employees crammed into a brand new Kia Rio ‘1’ car to help launch a new nationwide digital bingo promotion for the chance to win the car and fundraise for local Carers Trust charity.
As part of the challenge, employees also revved up their support Carers Trust, and thanks to generous donations the team are already half way towards their £3,300 target.
Jason Butler, membership sales and marketing manager, at Mecca Chesterfield, said: “I’d like to say a massive thanks to our team members and kind-hearted customers who have helped organise the event and raise such a fantastic amount of money towards our fundraising target.”
Following the Kia car cram challenge, an online competition will launch on the Mecca Facebook page asking people to guess #HowManyMates the team managed to fit in the car. Simply visit www.facebook.com/meccabingoand watch the video. For each guess Mecca will add £1 to their social prize pool which will then be shared amongst all correct guesses.
