Openers Scott McNeill and James Chapman provided the platform for Sandiacre Town to stretch their lead at the top of the Derbyshire Premier League.
The pair put on a century stand as Sandiacre successfully completed their run-chase against Rolleston to claim 27 points and move eight points clear of second-placed Chesterfield.
Chasing 211 for eight, the two openers both struck half-centuries. McNeill hit nine fours in his 54 from 83 balls, while Chapman added eight boundaries in his more patient 121-ball 59.
After four wickets fell for 48 runs, Daniel Wheeldon calmed any nerves with an unbeaten 47 from just 34 balls, including eight fours and a six, to secure a three-wicket win.
Earlier Oliver Safell claimed four for 47 from eight overs for the winning side. Matthew Newbold took two for 24 from seven overs as Sandiacre took wickets at regular intervals.
Sandiacre 2nds are still looking for their first win of the season after losing by seven wickets to Sawley and Long Eaton Park in Division Two.
Andy Rhodes top-scored with 39 in the middle-order to help Sandiacre reach 102 before they were dismissed in the 29th over.
Opener and wicketkeeper Daniel Green made a patient 19 and Daniel Tucker 12 from 13 balls towards the end of the innings.
Anthony Taylor took two wickets in the reply.
In Division Four South, Sandiacre 3rds gained a losing draw at Lullington Park 2nds.
Peter Trembling took three for 47 from 11 overs as Lullington totalled 220 from 46 overs.
Openers Ian Hopkins and Ben Tremblings gave Sandiacre’s reply a great start with 44 and 66 respectively. Jake Trembling then held the innings together with an unbeaten 26 as wickets fell before Sandiacre closed on 170 for seven.
