In reply, Nutbrook got off to a solid start with openers Ben Eaton and Witham putting on 61 for the opening wicket before Witham departed.
Eaton carried on to reach 61 before being run out, but contributions from Adam Lever (28) and Steven Sanderson (24) saw Nutbrook home to a comfortable victory with ten overs to spare to record the double over Tutbury.
Nutbrook seconds welcomed Tutbury seconds, and batting first made slow progress after early wickets fell.
