Pup idol comes to city theatre

Have you ever thought that your dog would make a great stage actor?

Could they master their dramatic paws?

Are they forever chasing the next good tail?

Do they pine for a re-run of Cats?

Mischief Theatre is looking for skilled pooches for a walk on (or carry on) role to appear in their West End Smash hit comedy The Play That Goes Wrong, playing at Theatre Royal Nottingham from March 24-29.

If you think your dog has what it takes to tread the boards then email your picture and contact details to marketing@trch.co.uk

The venue will upload the pictures onto its Facebook page (RoyalNottingham) so check out the gallery of pooches.

A commitment to attend at least two performances would be required along with a possible photo call.

The lucky owners will receive a pair of complimentary tickets to see the show on their dog’s night off and a complimentary family ticket (for four people) for one of their dog’s performances.

The winner will be picked on Wednesday, March 19.

Owners must be prepared to accompany their prize pet backstage in the theatre.
