Members of Peak District Artisans are launching 2016 with a showcase at Chatsworth.

More than 30 artists, designer-makers and contemporary craftspeople are exhibiting their work at the Duke and Duchess’s stately home until March 13.

Ingrid Karlsson-Kemp, the group’s chairman, said: “We are incredibly excited about the Spring Showcase, what better way to mark the opening of our 25th anniversary year than by returning to where it all began.”

The association with Chatsworth goes back to 1990 when the Dowager Duchess linked up with other Peak District based producers making and offering high quality products to promote their wares, in her case the Chatsworth Farm Shop.

Ingrid added: “We now have sixty-five talented members who each contribute to our annual exhibition programme, as well as running their own art businesses.”

The exhibition runs daily from 10.30am to 3.30pm. Admission is free.
