SKA legends Bad Manners are still going strong after 35 years and you can see Buster Bloodvessel and his merry men when they play The Venue in Derby on Wednesday, June 20.
Bad Manners quickly became chart favourites in the early 80s thanks to their bald, outsized, frontman’s on-stage antics and classic hits such as Special Brew, Lip Up Fatty, Can Can and many more.
A string of popular singles and albums followed, and then they set off on a ferocious touring schedule that continues to take them all over the world.
There have been numerous line-up changes since the band was formed at school in 1976 but Buster Bloodvessel remains at the helm, and they are still hot favourites on the live scene, thanks to their energetic performances.
Support on the night comes from Max Splodge of Splodgenessabounds fame.
Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets are £15. Go to www.imemusic.co.uk.
