Three of the UK’s most popular heavy rock tribute bands have teamed up for a triple bill nationwide tour of classic rock music.
Sack Sabbath, Thin Lizzy Experience and Hi On Maiden have united for the Rock, Paper, Scissors tour.
The tour is accurately named as that is how the running order is decided on the day!
Any of the three bands could be on first, second or third and so you have to be there from the off to be sure of seeing your favourite.
The tour is playing at venues right across the UK and lands in the area at the MFN club, based at Shipley Gate, on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border, on Saturday, May 31.
Each band plays a set jammed with classics from the illustrious back catalogues of Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy and Iron Maiden, so you can expect to hear tracks such as Paranoid, War Pigs, Number Of The Beast, Run To The Hills, Boys Are Back In Town, Rosalie and many many more rock anthems.
There will be a rock disco in between the performances of the bands, merchandise stalls, hot food, late bar and free camping.
Doors open at 7pm with the first band due to go onstage at 7.45pm.
Tickets for the gig at MFN are priced at £10 in advance and £12 at the door, with under 16s able to get in for half price.
The tickets can be obtained in person from the venue or from Zebra Muzik, Ilkeston, or by post from Metal Mansions Promotions.
Alternatively, they can be obtained via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
