Retired headteacher Chris Johnston takes on the principal role in the play, which is being directed by Bob Wildgust and brings together a cast of eight, including teenager Daniella Huskisson, making her debut.

Katrina Hockenhull, Pat Samuels ,Andrew Plumb, Colin Fletcher, Lindy Whittaker and Ian Baxter, complete the line-up of performers.

Rutherford and Son is being staged from Thursday, November 20, to Saturday, November 22, at 7.30pm each night in St.Mary’s Church Hall, Greasley.
