Now is the perfect time to enhance your baking skills with a variety of scrumptious recipes brought to you by ‘The Petitecook’.

With all the creative content we witnessed on social media during the initial lockdown imposed in March, Britons could potentially look forward to getting creative in the kitchen once more with another possible lockdown on the way.

If you have more of a savoury tooth, then these incredible cheese cookies could be just the right recipe for you to try. You only need butter, flower and Parmesan to create these exquisite crunchy cookies and one bowl – keeping the washing-up down to a minimum

These cookies can be baked with only three ingredients - butter, flour and Parmesan.

Another bonus with these cookies is that you can freeze the dough to use for another time or freeze the finished cookies and keep them for that next quick snack.

Speaking exclusively to the Star, Andrea Soranidis (the Petitecook), said: “I’ve been making these delicious savoury cookies for years, and I couldn’t recommend them enough, my family goes absolutely crazy whenever I make them!

“I’m not a pro baker at all, so I’m always amazed about how easy these are to make. It’s my go-to appetiser whenever I organise an aperitivo with friends and everyone always asks me for the recipe!

“Give them a try, don’t be afraid to play with the herbs and spices you use, as there are tons of different ways to customise them.”

You may call these crunchy sensations biscuits but the Petite Cook calls them cookies.
