The owner of an Ilkeston company is paying to take his entire staff on holiday to Ibiza as a reward for their hard work.
Ollie Piddubriwnyj, managing director of digital agency Fifteen, said the three day summer break is to celebrate the company achieving record growth and turnover over the last 12 months.
Ollie said: “For me it’s all about recognising achievements by reward. We have had a record year for growth and are heading towards having 30 plus staff. Six years ago it was just me.
“This will be the first time I have taken my staff away. We have had an extraordinary year which requires an extraordinary reward.”
The holiday ties in with a range of incentives the company offers, inspired by its year of wellbeing campaign for Derby charity Stress Aid which aims to boost health and happiness at work.
The company also has monthly socials, team yoga classes a fruit bowl that is never empty and beer o’clock at 4pm every Friday. There is also has a running club, quizzes and company massages.
Fifteen recently acquired Nottingham firm Attitude Design and is planning to expand its staff and move away from the Middleton Street office to accommodate the growth.
