THE ROW over the timing of Erewash’s Rememberance Day services is set to raise its head again at an Erewash Borough Council meeting tonight (Thursday).

Labour councillors will for another year ask the leading Tory group to move the current 3pm service in Ilkeston to 11am on Remembrance Sunday.

Cllr Tim Moloney is due to present a motion about the issue tonight, also asking that this year the Mayor of Erewash Cllr Kevin Miller attends the Ilkeston service and the deputy Mayor Cllr Jennifer Hulls attends the Long Eaton service.
