CHILDREN and parents will decide what to do with more than £600 raised by a summer fair on Friday.
The Friends of Ladywood Primary School group organised the annual event which featured a bouncy castle, decorating biscuit activities and a chance to paint a plate, amongst other fun games.
Dozens of children and parents were at the event, which was aimed at raising money for school coffers.
The Friends group of parents, together with the school council, made up of pupils, and staff at the Oliver Road school, will decide what the cash will be spent on.
Headteacher Melanie Lawson said: “It went really, really well. It was a lovely day and it was a really nice feeling in school because the whole community was there.
“Great to see parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles and the children all enjoying the good weather together.”
