A SUMMER fair raised cash for a chill out area for teenage residents at an Ilkeston-based housing scheme.
Trident Reach, based at the Old Bakehouse on Wharncliffe Road provides help and support to vulnerable young adults.
The property is divided into five self-contained flats where residents live independently.
The summer fair raised £163 towards a communal area for residents to spend time together.
Scheme worker, Martin Heelis, said: “It’s a costly project but when it’s completed the den will be a real asset and communal space where everyone can come together.”
