An Ilkeston burglar has been sentenced to four years in prison after a trial last week.
Stephen Iliffe, of Manners Road, had denied burgling flats armed with a knife on December 12 last year.
But a jury at Derby Crown Court found him guilty on Wednesday June 19 after a three-day trial.
The 40-year-old entered a property in Barker Gate where he stole cash.
He was given four years for the burglary and a one-year sentence for actual bodily harm, which he will serve concurrently.
