Ilkeston firefighters armed with a hose reel jet battled a derelict building at Langley Mill.

The fire was discovered at the building on Cromford Road, Langley Mill, about 1.20pm, on Sunday, April 10.

A Derbyshire fire service spokesman said the fire involved waste rubbish and was put out within 24 minutes.
