Anyone planning to quit smoking, lose weight or get fitter in 2012 can call on the help of Derbyshire’s health promotion experts for free.
The top team from Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust are on standby to enable people to keep their healthy resolutions in the New Year and beyond.
Sam Chambers, from the health promotion service, said: “It can be hard to make these kinds of lifestyle changes on your own. We are here to offer help, encouragement and information on everything from healthy eating to stopping smoking and starting exercise.
“People don’t need to do it alone, we are here to help.”
