A Sandiacre housing developer is to play a part in building £4bn of new homes over the next four years.

Lovell, based at Interchange 25, Bostock’s Lane, has been named as part of the Delivery Partner Panel 2, run by the Homes and Communities Agency.

The firm was part of the last Delivery Partner Panel, which started in 2010 and saw about 29,000 homes built on 150 sites across the UK.

Lovell managing director Stewart Davenport said: “Our success in gaining a place on all four panel regions recognises the company’s solid track record of working with our partners to deliver the high-quality, new affordable homes needed in communities.”
