Ilkeston murder: Four to appear at crown court

Detectives have charged a fourth person in connection with a murder in Ilkeston.

Twenty-three-year-old Nathan Hall has been charged with the murder of Michael Andrew Moss.

He will appear before magistrates in Derby today (Monday February 4).

Three other people charged in connection with the murder appeared before magistrates in Derby on Saturday (February 2).

Jamie Elliot, 26, is charged with murder, while Collette Booth, 46, and Alan Chapman, 26, are charged with conspiracy to commit GBH.

They have been remanded in custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court tomorrow (Tuesday February 5).

Mr Moss, 48, was found injured at a house in Canal Street at on Wednesday January 30 at 9pm. He was treated by paramedics but later died. A post mortem examination has revealed that he died from injuries suffered during an assault.
