Children at Scargill Primary School created their own stained glass window artwork. The year-five pupils at the school, in West Hallam, visited nearby churches to get some inspiration for their designs. They then created their own stained glass art and painted their designs, most of which are related to Bible stories, on the windows of the school hall. The Scargill trustees donated some money for the project, which helped to buy the special glass paints and the lead outline.
