If the fight is lost to stop the building of 500 houses on the Quarry Hill site it will mean the loss of grazing land for horses which would be a great blow to the owners.
I would hope that during the consultation period due consideration be given to retaining part of the grazing land even if it means reducing the area of the grazing land in proportion to the number of fields to accommodate the horses.
The opinions of the owners of these horses should be considered along with the local residents’ opposition to building 500 houses. I will be supporting the residents at every stage and beyond.
