One of the organisers, Teresa Cullen, said: “Showing you how making small changes in your life and those your care for, can make a huge difference to your happiness and well-being.
“Bounce! has been developed to help you identify areas in your life that you want to make some small changes to in order to improve your well-being and resilience. It helps you to develop realistic and achievable goals and offers you some new tools to support you to achieve your success.
“It can help you in what you eat, what you and your family achieve, and how you feel, to improve your well-being and develop your bounce-back-ability: ‘resilience’, and make the small steps needed to improve life.”
