A 23-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with burglary, handling stolen goods and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.

Louis Denham, of Woodfield Road, Broxtowe Estate, was arrested in Church Lane, Cossall, on Monday

He was charged the following day with a burglary in Franklyn Gardens, Beechdale, which happened in May, taking a motor vehicle without the owner's consent in Beckley Road, Broxtowe Estate, in May and handling stolen goods in Frinton Road, Broxtowe Estate, in June.

He appeared at Nottingham magistrates' court yesterday and is next due before Nottingham Crown Court on August 29.
