Knights charged into Erewash Museum for a day of Medieval mayhem this weekend.
Visitors were transported back to the 14th century by the Team Falchion medieval re-enactment group as they went into battle in the High Street museum grounds.
Jousting and sword fighting was a great spectacle for the dozens of visitors on Saturday (September 21).
Weaponry from the Middle Ages was on display and children aged six and over were even given the chance to fire arrows.
Museum assistant Jackie Smith said: “Quite a few people came down – everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the children.”
