MISSING MAN: Appeal to find Mike from Derbyshire

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 28-year-old man who has gone missing from his home in Long Eaton.

Michael Messiter, who is also known as Mike, was last seen this morning at his workplace in Nottingham.

He is thought to have travelled home to Helvellyn Way, Long Eaton, before leaving again.

Mr Messiter is white, about 6ft 1ins, with short dark hair. He was wearing black trousers and a black waterproof jacket, and is thought to have been riding a purple mountain bike.

Police want to hear from anyone who has seen Mike or has information on his whereabouts.

Anyone who can help should call Derbyshire police immediately on 101, quoting incident 274 of May 13th.
