POLLYANNA E’ster is the latest addition to Quackers community farm in Cotmanhay.
The foal was born on Good Friday and has been settling in well at the farm behind the Bridge Inn pub in Cotmanhay.
Jackie Whipp. from Quackers, said: “She’s absolutely gorgeous.
“Everyone’s who’s seen her so far has just been overwhelmed, she really is lovely.
“We wanted to get an Easter link into her name being as she was born on Good Friday so we gave her the middle name E’ster.
“It’s really exciting to have her at the farm and it’s great news for all of us here and for visitors.
“We’ll have another new arrival soon as one of our goats will be giving birth in the next couple of weeks so it’s a lovely time for us all.”
The community farm is always on the lookout for volunteers to help with the running and upkeep of the project.
Jackie said: “We’re a community farm so any help that anyone can give is greatly appreciated. Their time or any other donations are always welcome and we really do appreciate people’s generosity.”
