Odd socks for charity

This year is the 10th anniversary of ‘Lots of Socks Day’. Those celebrating the day show their participation by wearing bright and crazy odd socks. The odd sock represents the extra gene that causes the condition. Year ten students at Kirk Hallam Community Academy, Daniella Eley (Savannah’s sister), 14, and Amie Williamson, 14, organised the event at the school, with funds going to the Nottingham Down Syndrome Support Group.
