A flasher has been found guilty of exposing himself in public.
Simion Donald Freeman had denied the charge, which a court was told took place in Ilkeston during broad daylight on August 20 last year.
But magistrates in Derby found the 48-year-old guilty following a trial.
Freeman, of Castle Drive, Somercotes, was made the subject of a three-year community order for his offending.
During that time, he is required to take part in a community sex offender programme and will be supervised by the probation service.
He was also ordered to undertake 40 hours of unpaid work.
