SCHOOLS, community groups and residents are being urged to sign up for this year’s Borough Blitz.
The annual month-long crackdown on litter and graffiti is the flagship project of the council’s Pride in Erewash Campaign and runs throughout March.
Cllr Barbara Harrison, Erewash Borough Council’s lead member for the environment, said: “Our annual month-long Borough Blitz is always incredibly popular with residents and is a perfect showcase for what our Pride in Erewash Campaign is all about.
“It is a great example of community spirit and everyone working together to make a real difference to our neighbourhoods.”
