After reading Sort Out Danger Kerb Plea (Advertiser Thursday July 5) can I have a little moan about a similar problem?
Cars parked halfway across the pavement that’s not too bad, it’s when hedges are halfway and need cutting back. If you try and get past you either get a shower if it’s been raining or scratched if the hedges are prickly.
In Jersey and Guernsey years ago the council would cut them back if the owners didn’t and charge for it.
Is it right to have to walk on the road?
