The emergency services were called to Cat and Fiddle Lane in West Hallam on Monday April 6 following a collision between three cars.
The incident involved a Citroen Berlingo, Nissan Juke and Vauxhall Zafira.
It happened at about 3.40pm .
Three people were taken to the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham for check-ups . Their injuries were not believed to be serious.
An air ambulance is also believed to have attended the scene.
Derbyshire Police dealt with the incident and the road was cleared by 5pm.
Witnesses wrote on Facebook about the incident to wish the people involved a speedy recovery.
One woman is believed to have broken her leg in the collision.
