Police have arrested two men on suspicion of affray following an incident in Long Eaton.
Officers were called to Grasmere Road at about 4.45pm on Thursday after receiving reports of two men throwing items, including glass bottles, from the roof of a building.
The two men refused to come down from the roof and officers cordoned off the area in order to protect the public.
At about 1.20am the following morning, the two men, aged 23 and 27, came down from the building and were arrested on suspicion of affray. The pair are currently in police custody.
