Erewash museum was home to Scandinavian history last week when the establishment opened it’s doors to a celebration of history. With the events commencing on the 17th of August people of all ages were able to enjoy travelling back in time
Over ? guests attended the week long event which featured a ‘real life’ viking ‘Bjarni’, who demonstrated viking traditions such as coin striking and weapon demonstrations.
Throughout the week viking crafts and activities such as ? were enjoyed with the opportunity for children to dress up in traditional attire.
Located in Ilkeston town centre, Erewash Museum is an attraction open throughout the summer holidays with free admission
