Creepy creatures and feathered friends were on show at Erewash Museum’s Autumn Fair on Saturday.
Visitors flocked to the event held at the museum, just off Ilkeston’s Market Place, to meet furry and exotic friends as well as to have a go at building a bird box.
Cllr Mike Wallis, Erewash Borough Council’s lead member for culture and leisure, said: “Our wildlife events are enjoyed by children and adults alike and this event offered another great chance to see animals and creepy crawlies up close – and learn more about them at the same time. “The whole day was a fantastic outing for all the family.”
