Kerry Hufton of Burns Street, Ilkeston is due to appear before magistrates at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ court on February 2. 
She is charged with failing to pay £4,238 to Erewash Borough Council in council tax over a four year period.

Nathan Little, 28, of College Street, Long Eaton, will stand trial at Nottingham Crown Court on January 28. Little pleaded not guilty to producing 22 cannabis plants, a class B drug, when he appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on January 7.

Richard Russell, 33, of Kingston Avenue, Ilkeston has been handed a suspended sentence by magistrates for stealing plant equipment and a trailer.
Russell appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on January 9 where he pleaded guilty to the offence which took place in November when he stole the equipment which belonged to Western Power Distribution. He was handed a 26 week jail term, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 200 hours unpaid work.

Neil Fowkes, 54, of Cotmanhay Road, Ilkeston, will stand trial at Derby Crown Court on January 23 for possession and intent to supply the class A drug diamorphine.
