Who from Ilkeston has been in the courts


The following cases were dealt with last week:

A 19-year-old Ilkeston man was found guilty of three charges when he appeared before magistrates on January 13.
Ryan Luke Coxon, of Percy Street, was found guilty of attempting to remove a money dispenser from a bus, using a moped on the Nutbrook trail with out insurance, and receiving stolen goods. Coxon carried out the offences while on a suspended sentence imposed by the court last June for possession of a knuckle duster. He was bailed until April 2 and must report to Ilkeston Police Station three times a week.

Tom Neil Dore, 28, of Skeavingtons Lane, Cotmanhay, pleaded not guilty at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court to damaging a window at the Market Inn in Ilkeston. His case will be heard in March.
