LETTER: Volunteers deserve recognition during the wintry weather
I write to express my thanks to Craig Fletcher and his team at Gary Fletcher Surfacing in Dronfield.
During the current wintry weather, he volunteered his staff to clear and grit the paths around all the surgeries in Dronfield to ensure that patients had safe access.
He even arranged for one of our patients who was faced with a lengthy delay for an ambulance to be transported to Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

Hide AdSuch kindness helped ensure that we were able to run a normal surgery despite the Arctic conditions.
We are very grateful to Craig and his staff and wish them all the best for the future. Good deeds such as this deserve to be recognised.
