England are ranked as 16/1 shots to go two steps better and win the 2022 World Cup.
Gareth Southgate’s men claimed fourth spot in Russia after losing to Croatia at the semi-final stage, before defeat to Belguim in the third/fourth place play-off.
They are now rated as join seventh favourites to taste glory in Qatar behind reigning champions France (11/2) and Germany and Brazil (both 6/1).
Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “France’s World Cup win has seen them take over the World Cup 2022 and the Euro 2020 betting as respective 11/2 and 4/1 favourites and punters are already latching onto Deschamps’ men to retain their status as World Champions in four years’ time.
“Early support has also come in for Brazil at 6/1 after their exit in the quarter finals left many punters disgruntled, but undeterred.”
