Anti-Pasti, plus special guests, will be performing in the Darwin Suite at Derby’s Assembly Rooms on Saturday, September 14, at 8pm.
Founded in 1978 in Derby, Anti-Pasti released their debut EP, Four Sore Points, featuring the all-time punk rock classic No Government, on their own Dose record label. They played many gigs in and around Derby and rapidly built up a large following. Debut album The Last Call reached number one in the Indie charts in 1981.
After splitting in 1983, there was a reunion in 1995, and they’re still going strong. Tickets, priced at £13.25, are available on 01332 255800.
