The Victoria Inn rounds off the year in fine style with another packed week of gigs.
The action starts on Saturday, December 27, with appearances by The Third Round, The Harrowbooks, Ibisco, and Thee Deadtime Philharmonic.
The latest Sausage and Folk Acoustic Night is on Sunday, December 28, as is a Roses v Oasis Christmas Special featuring Oasis and Stone Roses tributes Definitely Mightbe and Adored.
Definitely Mightbe, now in their 12th year, reproduce the rousing anthems, stage presence and atmosphere that Oasis created. With over two hours of material to draw from, including all the hits, when the boys start there’s no stopping them.
Adored are a top tribute to The Stone Roses, recreating the sound and atmosphere the originals conjured up with such detailed accuracy, you’d think the Roses had climbed on stage besides them. All the cult classics are here from both studio albums including singles Waterfall, She Bangs The Drums, plus the rock out anthem of I Am The Ressurection.
Finally, on Tuesday, December 30, the visitors to the Midland Place-based venue are Prey For The Flood, We Are Tyrants, A Dying Pride and Youf.
