Despite the pandemic flipping the industry on its ear, Brampton Manor is open for business - transforming its outdoor area into a glamorous ‘Beach Club’ environment so customers don’t have to miss out on that holiday feeling this summer.

Expect billowy white deck chairs and umbrellas, al fresco dining and forthcoming performances from local artists and DJs on an outdoor stage when rocking up at the historic manor house.

“Brampton Manor has seen a great deal over the last 400 or so years and is now back to where it was in the 1960s as a valuable Community Heritage Asset available to the public,” said Craig.

"It has been great to reopen and return the staff from furlough to their jobs, both on the bar and restaurant side and in our salon.

"Due to the well-received, successful reopening we are creating even more positions as we gradually and safely reopen.”

Safety of visitors and staff remains priority, so the venue has introduced a number of measures including spaciously-positioned tables, hand sanitising stations and protective screens.

Individual table ‘caddies’ and packs of complimentary Haribo sweets have also proved a hit.

Craig, who has held the tenancy for 15 years, says the future is bright for the venue with exciting changes afoot.
