Rippon Homes plans to build 180 properties – split over four phases – off Deerlands Road.
A Rippon Homes spokesperson said: “The mix of two, three and four bedroom homes will help meet the demand for starter and affordable homes in the area, allowing younger and expanding families to return to Wingerworth and support local facilities such as the schools, village hall, health facilities and local retail businesses.”

“Feedback can be given via this online form and the plans are available to view on the web page as they would be if we were having a physical event.
