Celtic tunes from Murphy's Marbles
The group play at Uppertown Social Centre, near Ashover, on Saturday, April 16.
Their music is Celtic based, a mixture of traditional andcontemporary with a cutting edge, including an impressive portfolio of their own material.

Hide AdThe Marbles comprise four musicians who play a range of instruments.
Big Kev Sauntry is the lead singer, song writer, guitarist, mandolin player, bodhran player and front-manof the band. He was brought over from Ireland and reared in Manchester by his banjo playing mum.
Alan White is a highly respected guitarist and a fine singer in his own right.
Dave Camrass is the fiddle virtuoso of the Marbles, able to switch from trad Irish, to trad jazz at the flick of his wrist.

Hide AdDec Brennan gives the band an excellent foundation on bass and is a fine traditional whistle player.
