"She grabbed me by the hair, dragged me off the stool then kicked me and punched me twice in the face.
"It all happened really quickly.
"I've been left with concussion, bruises and problems to one of my eyes."
Louise described the incident as 'really awful'.
She said: "The attack was completely unexpected and unprovoked.

"I last went out in Chesterfield four years ago and had a really nice time – there were no problems.
"This time, it was horrible.
"I won't go out in Chesterfield ever again," added Louise.
Louise said she wanted to talk to us in the hope of encouraging witnesses – or the offender – to come forward.
Alison, of Chesterfield, was punched twice in the head.
The 35-year-old said: "It's put me off going out in the town. I think it's quite a dangerous place.
"I hope whoever did this is found and brought to justice."
