Call for women to take up trade
Women are being encouraged to take up a trade as research reveals the escalating cost of childcare has become a major barrier for mothers wanting to get back into work.
The call comes from Emma Clancy who set up the Jobs for the Girls campaign to encourage more women to enter the electrical trade.
