Police identify man over ‘hate crime and threats to kill’ in Chesterfield

Police say they have identified a man after they issued a CCTV image in connection with a hate crime incident which involved threats to kill in Chesterfield.

Chesterfield Safer Neighbourhood Team said the incident occurred at Door 2 Door Taxis in the town centre on August 16.

Officers issued an appeal and a CCTV picture in a bid to trace a man they wanted to speak to as part of their investigation.
