Fire crews called to Ripley house fire
Firefighters from Ripley and Alfreton were called to a house fire in Ripley this morning (Saturday).
Crews attended Hawthorne Avenue at 12.28am and found a fire involving items left on a cooker. They used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
