Goat pays visit to library
Staff at Staveley library thought someone was kidding them this morning when a goat turned up on their doorstep.
It turned out the unexpected visitor, which was found at the library at about 9.25am, escaped from a nearby field.
The goat’s owner was tracked down and police helped return the brown animal to its home.
